Looking good. Your Tubby is similar to the one I had. (In that it certainly manages to suck the cash from your wallet!)

quick tip for fitting the intercooler, if you don't plan on keeping the old one, you can do the whole job from above the car by cutting it, saves a whole heap of time not having to take off the undertrays etc, plus, the old intercooler is pretty worthless, i cut it in two to get it out :thumleft: :thumleft:

you should give him permission to butcher it then :) there's not a great deal of the old breathing parts worth much :)

So today i did an unexpected job...
Custom made a 12" sub enclosure for behind passenger seat however it still needs carpeted which i need to order however the rest is done.
Also need to get cable from head unit to amp and power for it too.

It is an alpine 12" sub i had in my first car but was a fantastic piece of kit, run by an alpine 2 channel amp bridged, and head unit is debatable atm as i was thinking of getting a double din alpine head unit with screen but may take another route :D

Parts used:

18mm mdf board
Silicone
4x40mm screws
Some damp cloth

Tools used:

Pencil
Measuring tape
Spirit level
18v drill
Jigsaw
Table saw
Hand saw
Rasp
Hoover
Tea bag jar
And a helping hand

Still need to carpet the box and get some bar to go across woofer facing as it is currently vibrating the leather which is annoying but a great fitment

 I can't believe how much you are spending on yours!! You could have perhaps thought about forged internals and a bigger snail? Seeing as its all being torn to pieces anyway.

I thought about it for a few days but theres no way im spending that kind of money on it atm.
If im going forged route and bigger turbo it will be spring time before i consider it for 2 reasons

1) finance
2) i need to research it before jumping in

Don't blame you at all. I used a crowbar in the end, as I'd run out of patience
