As Kenny says its a 1995 Owners Manual but the US one that covers Automatics and Turbos too. Its got all the service specs etc. for the 3SGTE and is of course written in English

Found it.
This page has the 1995 repair manual (password protected, but it's there on the site).Just shy of 1600 pages and includes turbo info.

You wanted a rev3 turbo manual. Petes point was that the US manual only covers rev1/2 as they never got the rev3 turbo in the US.

Andrew - Ive just noticed that you didnt say whether it was an owners manual or the workshop manuals - if its the owners manual just use the code Ive provided above.
If its workshop manuals look for
RM285U2 which covers the likes of suspension, brakes, body etc (the one nearest to a haynes manual)
Theres also a RM285U1 which covers engine, starting and charging system
Theres an EWD215U which covers electrics although the 1st one I mention has electrics in too.
Now as regards rev3 turbo engine google rm398e.pdf which is the rev 3 supplement for the ST205 engine manual as fitted to the GT4 Alltracs. Obviously there will be a few differences but it will have enough of what you want to know :-)
