Spoke to Mario and due to his bad english he bet me to make the conversaiton here ;)

Just had a call with Benno from the ROTE WARTE (the hotel with the bonfire from last years), drinks are not included "yet"... But he is discussing with his wife about offering the walk-in-fridge.

Feel free to ask me fo further informations

Blimey, I was close to changing my plans for a trackday at the 'Ring!

Great news on Rote Warte. If we can get the walk in fridge, then it's all sorted. :)

Keep us updated! :+:

Okay we're on. We are staying with Erik and Desiree for some more Dutch hospitality in Zwartsluis as it looks like we will be going via Amsterdam again.

Think we will be heading to stay in Utrecht (haven't finalised it yet) for Tuesday, then stay there on Wednesday and head over to Erik's for Thursday afternoon. Then we head off Friday morning into Germany with the Wild Bunch. Was a fab drive last year, so can't wait. :)

Erik says if anyone else wants to come, he has room for tents in his back garden!

We will likely stay in Brugge on the way back if anyone fancies breaking up the journey home a bit?

The Nissan really wants to go to this but I don't think I can, I'm going to Spain for a fortnight in July!

Mark's parents live out there too. I avoid it as much as I can.

Come via Dudetown on the way back. :+:

More informations:

just mailed with Benno about the drinks...
He doesn't like us to bring our own beer and he want's us to buy all kind of drinks at his ROTE WARTE. This will make the weekend more expensive.
I asked him about the prices for drinks, this is what i get:

Flasche Warsteiner Pilsener 0,33 l für 1,00 €
Bierpass ( zahl 10 trink 11 ) 11 x Warsteiner 0,33 l für 10,00 €
Kiste Warsteiner Pilsener 0,33 l à 24 Flaschen für 21,00 €
d.h. Bierpass-Nutzer zahlen 0,90 € pro Flasche Warsteiner,
bzw Kisten-Käufer zahlen 0,875 € pro Flasche Warsteiner.

Translation:
a single bottle 0,33 l for 1,- €
a "beerpass" (his idea), 11 beers for 10 €
a box of beer, 24 bottles for 21 €

It's not sortet for me ;)
There are still some questions i liked to be answered:
What happens if one of us is still thirsty at 03:00 at night? Or wants to have a cool coke at 05:00 in the morning?
As there is no walk-in-fridge anymore, everyone has to go for his own inside and buy a beer, maybe this will cause some traffic-jam in the kitchen ;)
And if someone decides to buy a box, is there a way to keep it cool?

Still texting with Benno, will keep you informed (informated?)

Okay I've booked our ferry and hotels and sorted out the other bits.

We are going Tuesday 23 July to Utrecht until Thursday 26, then we drive to Erik's in Zwartsluis and convoy in with the Wild Bunch on Friday morning. After Duderstadt we drive back to Brugge on the Monday, stay in a familiar hotel, buy loads of beer then ferry it back again on Tuesday 30 July.

Cannot wait, should be an epic trip.

Google says 1600 miles round trip. :)
