Anglesey GP Bookatrack Saturday 30th March

Post by Lauren »

Okay, just booked up for Angers GP with Bookatrack.com for the 30th March.

Anglesey is a great circuit if you want lots of room and plenty of run off.

It's not particularly technical, so would really suit those who haven't had a lot of track experience.

Cost £240.

I'm rather hoping I will have more fun in the new car than I had in the old one round here.

You're getting more takers on the GT86 club than this one, and this place has way more members.

Are they all poseurs on here or something?

Well, they've not said. I put it down to Steve getting married, personally. ;)

Looking good! What have you done to get track ready other than visit the off licence?

I'd be coming along if my car was track ready, maybe later this summer if you're up for it 8)

Well the office licence was essential.

I've just cleaned it inside and out and taken my work boots out. I also checked the fluid and managed to over fill the oil slightly. Not my intention but the dipstick seems to have a mind of it's own. No matter! I checked the fluid and tyre pressures. The car's only got 4K on it so I'm hoping I won't have to worry too much!

Gutted you can't make it. I've rather enjoyed our yearly meets! :)

Pmsl! Ha, I've not seen this thread until now, I might've done this otherwise! Think we're going to look at Oulten again in the next month I think.
(But yeah, weddings do significantly reduce trackday fundage!)
