drive shaft help

my rev 3 turbo is knocking from the drive shaft on the drivers side
i dont have abs

so will a rev 2 shaft fit or do i have to find a rev 3

called toyota and new will cost me 200 quid

Shafts don't knock, so start by finding out what is knocking and why. Could be CV joint, loose suspension bolt, loose driveshaft nut, bad support bearing...

If it is the shaft will be the same Rev1-Rev5.

where can i get a new cv joint

uprated CRW ones are £250 from a place that cannot be named on here, £200 is half the price i was quoted for a cv joint on my rev3 turbo, and hey dont come with boots, they were another £130 iirc (certainly over £120 either way)

Just get a s/h shaft.
