Are there any front undertrays available which fit a Border bumper, or are custom pieces needed?
What have others who have the Border bumper on done?

Kongaroo on here has a custom undertray for his Rev6 border-esque front bumper. Maybe worth a PM mate

Thanks for the heads up
I spoke to him a while back, as I'd spotted his on his garage photos. Custom piece which was made by Mr G.
I'd be surprised if that's the only way you can get them though. Considering how long the bumper and replicas have been in production for

Still interested to hear what others with Border bumpers have done for front trays?
I'm right in thinking that not having them fitted has an adverse effect on front grip/stability?

i never refitted my front undertray when i fitted my rev6 front end. tbh it only felt a little skitty at high speed on the motorway, i noticed the rust on the bottom of the radiator and fans come very quick without it though

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Front undertray to fit a Border bumper
From what I've read and heard there doesn't seem to be anyone making undertrays for these bumpers and many other aftermarket bumpers. Which seems to be a massive hole in the market and will most likely not be filled now.
I guess I'll have to look at making some myself

Why not get Peter to make you one like mine but with some sort of quick release mechanism? Mine's still going strong after several years

Wouldn't mind something similar knocking up for my Bomex front

Sounds good to me
Would you need the bumper to take measurements, or could you get them from one you have there? The bottom corners flare out as they meet the arches, so it would be good if the tray could pull them in too

I'd need to make a template from your own bumper, so would need you to be in the workshop for a day.

Group Buy?
I need to get some paint touched up on my bumper anyway, so I can take it off and bring it up to you

More than likely
Thursday just gone, nachos and cheese to start, followed by double stack burger with ice cream Sundae to finish. Satisfaction? Hell yeah!

Those undertrays are going to be a waste if you can't fit in your car
