[Mk2] [Turbo] Can you identify this connector?

Hi
I found this unconnected connector under neath the steering wheel while fitting audio system.

my car is a rev5 turbo, it didn't come with dash lights dimmer switch, could this be the connection for it?
It looks like it should connect to a switch where the fog lights are,

My rev3 turbo also had this. Not entirely sure but I think it is the front foglight loom for cars without the steering fogs option.
