Started to fit my poly bush kit and i noticed that for the lower arm front and rear the bushes are the same! Only diffrence is the metal insert ones seems thicker and one thinner so.......
Which bush goes where? Thinner insert and bush at front?

I'm guessing you've opened all the boxes and mixed all the bushes up!
Just match the spacer tubes to the bolts, and the bushes to the spacer tubes.

This helps top ones are front bottom ones are rear!
Re: Prothane lower arm bushes
take the bolts out from the front and rear-they should only fit on one or the other!

That looks a lot like my workshop...
As has been said already, the larger tube is only larger because the bolt that goes in it is larger. So match the bolts up to the new tubs as per Peter's instructions.

Yeah thats your workshop mate! Sorry ive been following ur guide! Lol!
Yeah the front bolts fit fine in the smaller tubes so rear must be larger bolts!
Like i say the front is on axle stands and i have no way to raise the rear and undo the bolts now so fingers crossed!
