I've had to rewire my stereo/speakers loom. The old one was removed by a previous owner.
So far I've got the stereo working power wise, and I've wired in the front speakers with some 0.8mm (I think) white speaker wire stuff I got off eGay.
I can listen to music, but after about 20-30 minutes I lose some sound? Sometimes it's the singers voice, other times it's musical instruments depending on if I'm listening to Tiesto or the Foo Fighters?
My question is.....is the problem my w@nky wiring skills or my pish totally standard speakers?
I'm a total ICE biff so any advice is welcome

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Poor sound quality
Normally any faulty wire/wiring cause's crackly noise. If its time related then it will be something getting hot*, only thing that would do that is the amp in the headunit or the speakers.
Might not be hot hot but hotter than when you started them

Sorry only seen that reply
Speakers haven't changed from when the worked normally before, only the head unit and the wiring loom.
Ideally like to get this sorted this weekend
