quiet turbo exhaust needed

Post by jasongtr »

i have a 5zigen single exit exhaust (forgive the spelling as this is most likely wrong)

and want a twin exit one, id also like it to remain fairly quiet, the current one is about as loud as id want it.

what sort of makes should i be looking at and what ones to avoid

cheers

Legalis R is silent and an awesome exhaust, I think it's the quietest exhaust you can get for the MR2 apart from stock

if you want quiet you could also look for the HKS silent Hi Power - they used to be in the 250-300 region when I bought mine, don't know about now. Very quiet nice looking single exit. For dual exit quiet probably stock is what you want :)

Mongoose is pretty quiet. Certainly not intrusive.

The Phoenix Power Departure II is relatively quiet.

Nothing to do with me, but there's one on Ebay at the moment.
