i have a 5zigen single exit exhaust (forgive the spelling as this is most likely wrong)
and want a twin exit one, id also like it to remain fairly quiet, the current one is about as loud as id want it.
what sort of makes should i be looking at and what ones to avoid
cheers

Legalis R is silent and an awesome exhaust, I think it's the quietest exhaust you can get for the MR2 apart from stock

Re: quiet turbo exhaust needed
sorry should of said mine has a very slight leak a the pipe goes into the silencer, didnt even notice until it was up on my ramp.
Re: quiet turbo exhaust needed
if you want quiet you could also look for the HKS silent Hi Power - they used to be in the 250-300 region when I bought mine, don't know about now. Very quiet nice looking single exit. For dual exit quiet probably stock is what you want

ive seen your wanted ad, this is not for you mate, you ar afteer a mint one, its got a small blow that i didnt even know until i got it up on my ramp, and im not sold on yours as i think the rear silencers are too low/visable for my liking

I have a Legalis R and it's 3db quieter than stock at high RPM love it to bits as I can hear my hifi and passenger at last.
Re: quiet turbo exhaust needed
not sure i can justify £600 for an exhaust though

mongoose gets really bad at motorway speeds. Or the one I used to have did.

The Phoenix Power Departure II is relatively quiet.
Nothing to do with me, but there's one on Ebay at the moment.
