I got my renewal through from elephant this weekend. I'm 22 and live in an ok postcode, 2 years no claims and it's a '95 GT turbo used for business, 8000 miles a year......£600 :D

Your renewal price is incredibly competitive by the way :thumleft:

Oh right, joke went right over my head lol!

I definitly selected GT turbo on my insurance because I remember being confused that there was a GT as well. Anyway, I'm chuffed with my renewal price \:D/ down about £200 from last year.

Admiral/Bell/Elephant seem to be about £1000 cheaper than other companies for me, but to be honest I havn't tried any specialist insurance companies.

They are the only insurer to really make a profit so are undercutting the rest of the market at the moment. Unless your Mr2 is a second car, limited mileage, it is very unlikely you'll find a price cheapar than you've been quoted.

You have to carry out a thorough investigation of their pricing policy. Try to compare prices in different regions. I live in https://worldpostalcode.com/united-stat ... -york-city and here everything much more expensive than in a neighboring state. I have no clues on what can be the reason for it. But do not trust the first offer as the price can be sky-high. Study a few companies.
