Got the welding done on the dry sump tank. Not very neat but it must be 30 years since I last did it.
Its a lot better on the manifold.

Had to cut 3" out of both parts so it will fit in the boot

Still waiting on parts from Jeff in the USA and have got to weld stubs on the inlet manifold to take the nitrous/fuel injectors.

The injectors need to be fitted in the top of the manifold as that is the slowest speed of air flow part and need to be as close as I can get them to the head to try and get the expansion of the nitrous in the cylinders and not displace air in the manifold.

I have to make up the fuel rail first to know what clearance I am going to have.

Also been out racing so that has taken up some time, beating my son with my stock Rev 2 engine last time out, well stock apart from a CT20b on 22 psi boost

Just want to use the best, and one coil per cylinder with an MSD system will mean I am never going to get any misfires and will burn any fuel I put in the tank.

They have taken some off as I think they are made for Rev 1 & 2 shim over buckets, I may need more off so the lock groove to top of valve is the same as Rev 3 valves for shim under buckets.

All the parts from Racerx should be here on Monday, then I can start some trial fitting to see what mods I may need to do to get the dry sump pump drive to miss the chassis etc.

Then it will out with the old engine to get the clutch and flywheel out so I can get everything balanced.

I paid him end of last year, but the dry sump system is his first off and I wanted to change a number of things after he made them so all takes time when he is making manifolds for others also :D
