Hi, All of my dash bulbs are bu**ered, now one or two...maybe, but ALL of them.. Checked the Fuse, seems okay. is there some event that could blow them all, or am i just unlucky..

have you tried adjusting the dimmer, is only 4x 501 bulbs behind the clocks..
or you could get some 501 type led bulbs of ebay and have a result kind of like so..

UK cars have a dimmer next to the foglight switches, you've given no indication of what your car is except that it's a rev1.

Johnny, Ah!! think i need to change my user name to Rev4richie... i used to have a rev1 some years back when i started this game.. as for the dimmer, there is no switch on the right, just front and rear fogs.

The car is a rev4 import auto na

Looks like i'll have to revert back to my original thought and get some glow dials...

thanks

Does seem strange that they've all gone. And I've no idea which wire into the back of the clocks provide light.

Thing with the glo dials is that ideally you'll still need the dash bulbs to illuminate the needles.

i had a similar problem recently where my clamping delimiter had worn through the power circuit on the back of the cluster. Might be worth checking the circuit board to check its all intact.

Has it had a non gen stereo fitted?

Quite common for the person who has wired it in to use the illumination wire as a ground or power causing it to blow the illumination fuses.

This looks nice and bright! So is it a straight swap with the LED 501s? (where did you get them from?)

I got a burnt bulb so might as well change them all over to this type if it's easy enough.
