Adjusting Tein coilovers properly - How do I do it?

After I got my corner weight results (see my members profile thread), I have decided that I am going to reset my ride height and then get the car re-weighed to see if there's any change.

I've had a quick look online but I can't see anything about Tein SuperStreet's adjustment. How do I set the spring preload?

Any advice is appreciated! 8)

ive got the Tein adjustment instructions as a pdf but the site wont allow me to upload it for you
