Silver mk1a on the bay, for £412 !!

Only spotted it 5 minutes ago, so didnt even have time to bid, but from the pics it looks good..

Be interested to see how it turns out...

Wow, looks good :) It's got to worth a punt at £400 quid :thumleft:

Think it's the champagne beige silver colour which I'm a fan of 8)

Looks good from a distance and I do like MK1a's. Expect it'll need tidying when you are close up.

Worth the £400+ back in parts regardless. Definitely a lucky find.

I went to have a look and a test drive, Was not great! looked ok at distance but rust coming through all over the place, laquer peeling, Interior very tired.
It pulled to one side on brakes, window not working but worst of all felt like it was firing on 3 cylinders absolute bag of poo would hardly accelerate sounded like crap I really think the engine was on its way out ! chap at garage said it just needs a new spark plug ! I only hope the winner did not fall for that!!
Surely you would just change plug yourself before sale ! It winds me up people who dont advertise such obvious faults !!
I hope someone would save it as rare colour interior but value it under £200
