Tbh the alarm is there for a reason, when you get used to the buttons or which way the stick moves for up/down then you won't ever hear it.

it seems to be ok when i first get in it and start to drive but when the engin gets warm it just beep all the time
if i turn it off and restart it as soon as i touch the throtle it starts to beep again

So it's beeping all the time, not just when you try and change gear incorrectly? Does the SMT box change gear correctly when you do push the buttons, and there's no weird mechanical sounds or anything?

Have you checked the coolant level?

You haven't said whether its bonging all the time or just on a botched gear change yet.
