person who done mine felt the need to get rid of the stock cage and hold a normal single din cage in with screws via the stereo surounding. i am amazed at some peoples DIY abilities ](*,)

I had a Supra for a bit once where the stereo was held onto the dash surround with hot glue / gluegun stuff. Fail!

Mine was hardwired in, so when the ignition was turned off the stereo stayed on #-o

Few headaches, multimeter and yeah, about 20 fuses it works as it should.

I feel your pain.

i have hard wired mine in as per the instructions tell you to do it, think it only really applies to the higher end equipment or for people who just want it on with out the ignition.

i have 3 gauges in mine as well each has 4 or 5 wires running from it, i have made it as tidy as possible but still look a right mess
