the triangle shaped weight on the rear cross member? what does it do
as i need to remove it as it pushes the exhaust

I believe it reduces vibration. Took them off before though with no detriment.

That rubber triangle heavy cheese wedge type thing? Mine was removed.

It's a harmonic damper, designed to help absord vibrations...basically a heavy weight right where you don't want it on the car...belongs in the bin :thumleft:
