Will 16" Celica T Sport wheels fit a mk3 MR2?

Post by James Junior »

Went to look at an MR2 for Sal this evening and think we might buy it.

Car has a subtle body kit but still has standard wheels on which the lacquer is peeling a bit.

Ekona recommended fitting 16s as opposed to 17s as lowering the car should then cause no issues with tyre scrub.

I have spotted a set of 16" Celica T Sport wheels on Ebay at auction.

Does anyone know if these are the right fitment for the MK3 and has anyone fitted them?

Nice to stay OEM where possible...
