[Mk2] [Turbo] turbo wont start help!!!!!

Hi guys bought a p plate rev2 turbo at the weekend as a non runner it was running before xmas sat in a barn came to feb they owner put in a new battery but nothing just turns and turns.

Have had a look and am now baffled we have tried from my running rev2 turbo.

ecu/coil/ignitor/fuel relay/ but still nothing we are getting no spark at the plugs or the coil both the coil and the igniter are getting a live feed.we can smell petrol when it winds any ideas

then ur dizzy is not talkin 2 the ecu.... check that
