why oh why...

Post by HighwayStar »

... don't I just tattoo a pic of my 2 to the inside of my eyelids. Got it back from the bodyshop yesterday with smoothed mirrors, deleted aerial and a few dents and old age spots removed and my god it's a pretty car. Spent the morning driving it or looking at it.
I love my 2. Hope you're all having fabulous days.

Pics to follow soon....
I'm loving mine in particular at the moment having just got it back but think it's just the mk2 I love. Still one of the best shapes on the road. Park up next to a TT or another modern coupe and see how fat it looks in comparison.

Same here, everytime, and I like to glance across at it when I'm in the kitchen. I just can't help myself.

The mk2 is ageless! I look at mine (and any other) and think it still manages to look modern :thumleft:

I really love how tiny the MK2 looks next to modern cars :)

Yours is looking very smooth Rob!

Definitely a pretty car you have Rob. Really want my aerial smoothed too! Don't suppose you have the pics from our pub mini-meet do you? :)

I'm not sure about the despoilered look, it just ends up making the rear end look featureless and bland. Other than that it looks pretty good.

I dunno I quite like the despoilered look, its a subtle way to make the car look a bit different.

I realy like the way the lines flow on a despoilerd car from an angle.
