So... The Oil Pipe does have a crease YES/NO?

After questioning HERE about my dented oil return pipes it seems I didnt need a replacement after all!

Two people pulled out of selling me one as "mine has the same dent as yours"

So whats the reason behind it? Common place to dent when removing from car? Im now starting to assume they come like this from the factory?:mrgreen:

Exactly my thoughts but seems strange that mine and the one i bought off here both have the same dent PLUS another user sent me a pic of his with the same dent and another pulled out of selling me his due to the fact it was also dented in the same way!

Can only assume the dent is created when removeing the turbo/mani/DP as one.

Anyt other thoughts people?

replaced mine with new ones from toyota dont recall seeing dents like that in them

my rev2 turbo lines didn't have such a dent, both the one i was replacing (it was broken) and the new one. Maybe rev3 are different ?
