Hi all
Okay, I've had my car for 4 days and I've blown the exhaust
Anyway, been looking around the web and it looks as though the main exhausts out there are either janspeed, Magnex or Scorpion.
Are these the manufacturers I should be looking at or are there others?
Also, anyone got a suggestion for what exhaust I should get?
I don't want anything loud as I have to drive through several quite areas early in the morning and I don't want to p*ss anyone off!
A a guy I work with commented that my car sounds very high pitched when I reach high revs and said that I should think about getting an exhaust that lowers the tone...again, any ideas?
Also, out of interest - I phone toyota workd in Bristol (main dealer) and they quoted £358 (incl VAT) for an original stainless-steel cat-back system.
Cheers
Wayne

Ive just got a Blue Flame exhaust from
http://www.blueflameperformance.com/
It was around £300 for a full cat back stainless system. Great quality not TOO loud with a nice note.
A but of a drone at low revs but that's common with stainless systems.

Mongoose is the way to go - used tohave one on my n/a sounds excellent, nice rorty noise, sounds very nice at high revs and a nice quite(ish) idle.
Try Dan at DC Design for a price, usually very good.

We have just had a new shipment in of the new improved Mongoose systems (they have charged the way they form the stainless steel or something, so if you thought they were superb before, they should be even better now We have them in stock, and disocunts for IMOC's. Hi all
Just a big thanks to Dan for his help on this.
I'm placing my order for the Mongoose system today...oh, and a K&N kit (which I've carefully explained to the wife is required for the safe operation of the car )
Will hopefully be getting my Bloack Diamond front discs + pads next month too
Cheers

Hi Dan
I did email you about placing the order but didn't get a reply...do I need to call you or can I use the website - will the website allow for the IMOC discount we discussed?
Cheers
