Yes of course it is possible, but it is not something we normally do.

How do you think it's changed? There is no security issue compared to other forums I know.

IMOC-UK has a policy of not deleting user accounts. If we do so, although the content in posts made from the account remains, the loss of the username may in certain circumstances alter the context within a thread.

You may also want to take a look at IMOC-UK's legal notice, which explains that you have granted IMOC-UK a "worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material in any media". The club therefore has no obligation to remove any posts you have made.
