I guess no front arch liners then? The only reason I ask is because I'm trying to fit something to my fronts, as it's never had any due to rubbing issues. Custom pieces seem to be the only solution.

The fronts have been down-sized to 225/35/18 to overcome past problems, but when fitting stock liners there's a huge gap between the liner edge and the new edge of the arch.

i have arch liners, they have been extended onto the standard ones with plastic.

i am also running low profile tyres 35's all round

the surround is just the standard surround? it looks differnt cuz they only go half way up

The lights are open as such, but can be covered if need be. iv had no problems running mine like this for a year.

Im thinking about creating a mould and then i can supply a proper housing cover for the lights aswel

Got the new wheels on even tho it wouldn't stop raining, lots of space to lower it now but i will wait for the sun to come out to mess about with the coilovers.

Also swapped the disks on the front, but have somehow broke the seals on the brake master cylinder, if anyone has one for sale for a rev 2 turbo pleae pm me, thanks

I was thinking about cutting mine out in my mk1 and inserting a clear plastic / polycarbonate sheet as well.

Have you had any issues with heat deforming the sheet?

some more bits trimmed up in carbon wrap.

rear windowtrims, also smoothed over the speakers as iv got them in the vcentre of the cabin

this is my first set of housings for the twin headlights. iv carbon wrapped them and put them on now.




I need to spend a day making a proper template that I can mass produced to go with the headlight.... hopefully next week if I can find a day and the weather stays good

Nice work are you filling the centre too so you can just see two lens ?

now hoarding parts for an under body freshen up of my 20 year old car

1. repaint and under seal underneath
2. repaint all lower arms in white - started
3. replace all poly bushes - started

also picked up some powder coated rev 3 roll bars
