Has anyone got experance setting up Tein Flex type suspension with EDFC?

I'm looking for a good ride hight for road and track used 50/50

and how to set up the EDFC base line setting, the instructions a rather vague, do you let the grub screw turn as you screw on the motor, or do you screw it in 3 turns from flush then hold the motor screw as you screw the motor on then screw in another two turns?
