[Mk2] [Turbo] What are these struts called and where to get ?????

Approx the location of the gear box and rear fire wall is a strut which apparently always rot out.
What is this called and where can i get a replacement.
I presume it is some sort of chassis stiffener in which case are there any uprated products if this is really needed?

Do a search for cancer bars.

You buy them from Mr T's, about £50 for the pair.
