Lambda / O2 Sensor Mk2 Rev3

Anybody know where the O2 sensor will be on my Mk2 Rev3?

A link to a how-to guide on replacement would be handy

apologies if this is on here but there are far to many different threads on 'O2 sensor' and 'lambda sensor'

Jack your car up on axle stands at the rear or better still reverse up some ramps.

Lay on your back under the car just in front of the D/S (iirc) rear wheel and look up and backwards towards the rear of the car. You should see it in the exhaust part going over the cross member. Not sure if it's covered by an undertray - mine wasn't.

Nuts are very rusty and difficult to access. Good luck.
