what quarter mile time?

Post by vishpish »

hey going to be taking my mister 2 to crail not this but next weekend. what kind of time do you reckon i could get...

its a v6 3vzfe - dynoed at 189.1 whp(forgotten the torque figure i think it was 210/220 ftlbs)

clutchspecialists 5 paddle disc
exedy stage 2 cover
c-one type r flywheel (1kg lighter than fidanza's)
cusco type mz 1.5 way lsd
toyo t1r's 205/45/16 and 225/45/16
bc coilys(not that it matters much!)

i'd expect 14's but i'd be so pleased if i could edge into the high 13s....

what kinda times do other v6's and tubbys get usually?

Id say 14.8 secs... Rev 1's will do it 15 dead, where as the rev 3 will be around mid 15's !

Then again, you've got a GTE box, so may plant it 14.5X :D

13's, you'll have to strip some weight and get a great start ! :D

14s

I was expecting 15s.

Awesome :thumleft:

Report back with your times and terminals :thumleft:

My bottom end has just started knocking but I know it accelerates faster than a wrx \:D/

Top speed was 144 on speedo and 139 on sat nav when engine limiter kicked in. Think 0-60 was around 7.5 at a guess.

Thats all on rev 2 NA box ratios.
