I downloaded a demo for an F1 game on the PS3 when I got it a couple of years ago and it was utterly dreadful.

Put me off the brand forever after that

I'm a little confused though, the cover you posted looks different to the one I saw, but the one you posted seems to be the only previous F1 title available for the PS3.

Was there ever a demo for one that never got released?

No Matt only 1 f1 game for the past few years on ps3 or xbox.

What was wrong with the game you played?

The controls felt terrible, the cars handled terribly, it was stupidly hard even on easy. I remember posting something on here about it and a number of people at the time said they didnt like it either.

It really did make such a bad impression on me that ever since, if I've seen "F1" on any game, I just havent considered it.

Perhaps I'll give this another chance though

Aren't Codemasters behind this new one? Could be interesting.

Sony "used to" have exclusive rights to the F1 and they managed to put out very good looking games but incredibly dull to play.
