When i look on google, i see so many different W/band systems and the majority look like they are just a sensor and a gauge.

however 90% of aftermarket ECUs and 99% of stock ECUs will only use a narrowband O2 sensor input for closed loop fuel control under cruise conditions.
plugging a wideband input into most ECUs will do little more than enable the extra display in the ECU mapping software, the sensor will not be used for closed loop operation.
...If it helps you I run an Innovate wideband set up with my Link G3 XLEM ECU. I actualy ditched the gauge (sold it on) because I have the Link Display so can view all the parameters through the ECU now BUT I could have kept the gauge. The Innovate gear uses a Bosch sensor and a VAG controller which is fitted as stock on allot of production cars now. Gives wideband and simulated narrowband output. I got my Innovate kit from Graham Goode Racing in Leicester (reasonable price when I bought anyway) -it was between Innovate and AEM in terms of specs when I was looking for a wideband anyway.LinkPlus G3 EMS and have a AFR gauge for the dash
