[Mk2] [Generic] Rubber Seals Beneath Doors

Post by Rab555 »

The rubber seals which run around the bottom of the doors are held in by lots of small plastic pins. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can stick the seal on 'permanently' as these plastic things aint holding up any longer

I'd use some super sticky glue or something but I'm not sure how flexible etc the seals need to be,

any helps much appreciated :thumleft:

Buy new plastic things, they cost pennies! S'what I did anyway.

Yeah, I think they were cheap because I replaced them when I rebuilt my driver's door cause mine were all bust. Can't find the part number right now but have a look in the EPC on here: http://www.ayrpark.plus.com/

Thats minted, cheers mate :thumleft:

Think I might look at the rubber seal also, seems that some of the holes in it have ripped slightly.
