I've made the move to Turbo! (now with pics!)

Bought myself a white MR2 Turbo Rev 3 last weekend, can't wait to start tinkering :D

Dump valve recently bought off MR2OC, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow :D

I'm increasingly fold of the whites ones these days, but lets be honest, we all know black is scientifically faster :wink:

awaiting pics of the car.. turbos are good fun... currently looking for my next turbo car... not sure what yet

trying to talk myself out of getting another mr2 keep looking at r32 GTR's

haha yea it definately seems that way :D

Okay well here's a bit more detail -
The car was imported 2 years ago, its the GTS model, it has the active speaker sound system and an LSD :thumleft: It has an RSR single exit exhaust, a Greddy boost gauge, braided brake hoses and 16" alloys. Its in fairly good nick, just needs a good clean and a bit of light maintenance work. Should keep me busy over christmas! :D

Thanks guys!

Yea i'm gonna change the rev 1 lip when i get round to it, it must have had a prang at some point. I've changed out the big DVD player for a smaller single din unit with a blank plate now, i'll post some pics soon!

Progress update

So far i've changed the timing belt with water pump tensioner and pulleys, it took me 5 days over christmas in a freezing cold garage at work but got there in the end!

I've also just changed the dials for uk type to de restrict it and give an odometer reading in miles.

I'll probably put standard wheels on it this weekend too.

Then it needs a good clean as i still haven't washed it since i've had it, not good on a white car!!
