in short no, you can't beat the classic policies, you could try bell, or sky, but i was 500 and odd, with 4 years NCB no points, i'm 300 with classic line. :thumleft:

although people say adrian flux for classic but they quopted me over 500 :(

There is not an official 'cheapest for everyone company' otherwise everyone would be insuring with the same company

Give my company a try, we should hopefully compete with that rate but it wont be a classic policy which is of more benefit for you.
If you can't see the angle, you're in trouble.

well i tried sky before to see if they could beat that with there classic insurance with no results, but if u think u could really compete?
then im interested in any1 that can safe me money on my weekend car, but she is lowered and 17" alloys with plans increase in power in the long future as my new hobbie...

o and i live in london...

and another thing, whats the deal for track days? what kinda insurance do u need if i wanna join an mr2 club and do some of the events??

is there 1 day insurance that covers it since i wont be going more that 1-3 times a year...?

In The Netherlands the insurance company doesn't pay xxxx if you crash at a track.

It's all gonna come out your own pocket.

I'm paying €110 each month (only getting paid when it's someone elses fault, or damage done by nature)

And its insured for an agreed value of €12.500,-
That is when I got the car at first, still being stock.
I still have to get myself a new valuation, grrr

So hopefully you guys can now compare your prices a bit with the overseas prices.

classicline will let you pay in 2 instalments, at 300 quid it's not too bad, my missus"(she's only 19 mind you) was paying 100 per month on her non turbo

yeah same here, that's why id din't go with sky, the renewal quote was more than my previous policy with them, despite have another year ncb :(

classicline has everything a normal policy does but 1. i didn't have to use my NCB(so i can use it on a runaround or whatever)2. they will store my NCB so i don't lose it(if i require) and3. they were the cheapest!!!!
