split in tyres

came by these stock size bridgestone s03's on ebay and thought they would be good for the upcoming imoc trackday
not mentioned or pictured in the ad though was this flat spot on one of the fronts (is this going to give me issues?)

and these splits in the rears, the first of which looks quite bad

are these even going to be useable? that frist split loks to be down to the canvas :(

The tyres with the splits are unusable mate, need cut with a knife and binned, As for the flat spot, closer inspection would be advised :-k


oh, and get a claim in asap :eye:

have you bought these tyres :?: if you have then i know you can put in a dispute with ebay to get your money returned if you paid for them before you picked them up :lol: if you paid for them after you picked them up then why didnt you just leave them where they were :oops: i wouldnt want to use the tyre with the split on a track mate just imagine a blow out at 100mph+ :shock:
