Hi mate.

I still haven't got round to buying any.

I will be buying a triple gauge pod off Eddy (which means my single will be for sale  ) and getting two other AutoMeter gauges. Found a few sites that supply them at reasonable prices. Think I will be going for a MAT gauge and an oil temp gauge.

Quick update...

I am hoping to get my cam cover and inlet etc sprayed over the Christmas holidays.

Plans for next year are:

Chargecooler setup (my Berk I/C will then be for sale)
Apexi PFC and remap
CRN grooved discs and RedStuff pads all round, with braided hoses
Full polybush kit

I hope so! My ultimate goal is a safe 300-320bhp @ the wheels with it. The big rebuild is still a bit down the line, but it will be happening at some point.

The only other thing that I was considering next year was a Walbro 255lph fuel pump, but I wasn't sure if I'd need anything else in terms of fuelling?

I will be fitting a fuel rail and injectors when the rebuild happens, but I just want to know if I should do all the fuelling side of it at the one time or could I get away with adding the pump on its own the now, and then the rail and injectors?

Any opinions?

Remap was mentioned a few posts back

Don't really know alot about fuelling setups so I am just looking for some information/opinions/suggestions for a fuel setup for the car before the rebuild.

The current engine spec, which produced 258bhp @ the wheels, is:

Berk side mount intercooler inc spal fan, shroud & hardpipe kit
Berk 3" downpipe
Blitz Nur Spec 3" system
NGK 8 spark plugs
Apexi Super Intake induction kit
HKS EVC 5 Electronic Boost Controller

Next years engine spec will be:

Chargecooler
Berk 3" downpipe
Blitz Nur Spec 3" system
NGK 8 spark plugs
Apexi Super Intake induction kit
HKS EVC 5 Electronic Boost Controller
Apexi PFC and remap
Walbro 255lph fuel pump

With those additions I am hoping to see 270bhp @ the wheels, with some pretty low intake temperatures.

Thanks mate.

There's still quite a few things I really should've done this year to be honest, but I suppose I'll catch up and redeem myself next year!

Nah, I've not had mines done yet.

I will be taking it to Graydon @ Stainless Creations though. Their work is awesome and their prices are very good too!

Well, it pains me to type this but I am considering selling up fairly soon!
:(

Once I can renew my premium membership I will create a for sale ad.
I am only testing the water at the moment to see what kind of interest I get.

I had to replace the seal on the cam cover etc due to a slight oil leak, so when in Rome...

It's not the best looking engine bay but it's definitely an improvement!

I will be updating this thread quite often over the next few months.
