Well that's a pleasant surprise!
Last I heard it had been taken off the road after the chassis rotted through. The fact that it has an MOT is encouraging! Shame the seller doesn't mention any of the work though...

PLEASE NOTE: The Condition Of Cars Like These Is Very Hard To Describe Accurately Unless Time Is No Object Hence I would Strongly Advise Those Genuinely Interested To Come and View the Car Beforehand
Use of capitals is annoying, but does that basically read i can't be bothered to write about the condition!?!?!?
