hiya pal, i went to japshow on the sunday and had a great day \:D/

i went with my pal dave, we didnt book tickets in advance because i wanted to see what the weather would be like so we were going to have to park in the general car park :(

but on the a444 heading on to the m6 in coventry (junction 3) a nissan pulsar gti-r was in the next lane to me and slowed down so i was level with him, wound down the window and asked if i was going to japshow, he must have known being up at that hour in a jap car on sunday as he was heading the same place. he asked me if i wanted a vehicle pass so i could park in the club car park by the strip

so i said yer and we pulled into the hard shoulder and he handed it over. it was supposed to be for the gti-r owners club stand, but seeing as the mr2oc stand was there i accidently  drove through into their stand. they were very welcoming and glad to have another mr2 in their stand. i took loads of photos but sadly had to use my camera phone as i forgot my digtal camera #-o but they turned out ok...

Yes mate thats my boot.

Its looking tidy now!

Bad weekend for me. Popped a wheelie on saturday and was my only run. Then ran early sunday but didn't have enough heat in the tyres. 11.6 @ 133 but I backed out.

Then heated them for a flyer. I was making 1.6bar on the line and then snapped a shaft! Dam.

When you out mate?

Micheal,

I'm running 275 M.T. Seems to be gripping ok. A little play with the suspension set up should help a little more.

I might have a little more play with the launch control.

Try and get out for rotorstock. Its always a good show. But only on a saturday this year!

Whens rotorstock chap? Is it at the pod?

So apart from the shaft snapping, everything else was on for a new pb :D

You been re-mapped now?

Yes mate. Every thing was good. Was hoping for more testing.

Its at the pod on the 11th of july. Come down. Be nice to see how yours is coming on.

I'm running the last dyno of 2008 which was 680 but it neva got run on the strip as it cracked the block on the dyno!

Have you done much to yours?
