Give Driftworks a call and place your order. You can put down your deposit over the phone.

Looks like 40+ will definitely be reached, if it hasn't already.

Isn't it a web-only offer?

Says its a web only offer on the DW forum. You need to go to the driftworks shop (www.driftworks.co.uk), search for HSD coilovers and then buy the "HSD Coilovers Group Buy Deposit" item. Will cost you £100 and secures your place in the group buy. The balance is due for payment once the group buy is closed, but looking at posts from DW staff on the group buy thread they are prety flexible on payment as long as you pay the deposit.

by the way, i emailed a seller on ebay about a sat of hsd coilovers and what was included in the sw20 package, he said they come with the c spanners but fixed pillowball topmounts :-k

does that mean the set weve ordered wont come with camber adjustable topmounts?

thanks

Taken from their site:

Why are only some models camber adjustable?
With strut type suspension like on the front of an S13, S14, S15 Silvia or AE86 Corolla, the damper is an integral part of the suspension structure. This means that changes in the damper position can change the camber and castor angles of the front suspension. Where this is applicable, our front coilovers include camber adjustment. In all applications where camber can only be controlled by adjustable suspension arms, non adjustable pillowball top mounts are used.

Not very definitive

Found this in the thread, looks like they do come with adjustables?

The SW20 sets are an awesome setup in my opinion though, waaay better than anything else available for them, and they come with cool front topmounts that allow more front camber for improved handling, or less for a low road car that wants to keep tyre wear down.

yeah i was told the front top mounts definately allow for camber adjustment on the sw20 sets. another thing that convinced me to buy them

Well they'll come with a warranty, and I'd expect you could get them rebuilt by HSD Europe who are based in the UK, if it came to that. Part of the reason that the coilovers are cheap anyway is that they come directly out of the HSD factory with no middleman (DriftWorks and HSD are partner companies) so it should be pretty straightfoward.

You should get them pretty soon then Nick, there are a few people on the DW thread who've already got theirs!

Does anyone know if we will need new droplinks (at a different length) or will the standard OEM ones suffice? I've seen it discussed, and the answer was non committal.
