My RSR started to blow at the flexy section so i though I would take the chance to do something a little different...........She now pops flames!!!!!
This is how she started off....
A few days later and ...........
I know its a bit crazy but it sounds awesome!!! The screamer is vented under the car as there was not enought room to come out of the side vent Sorry about the state of my car i just picked it up from the garage sooo she really needs a clean!!!!
What do you think???
I know Ian's ears are still hurting!!!!

Great mod but how does the rear of the car look now??
Bet its ounds pretty loud being such a short exit?
And is it actually legal both for the road and track as i know you like the track

Looks great lad!

9's on slicks to come, with a clean full throttle pass! Goal of 0-150mph in a 1/4 of a mile....
The exhaust is on the right hand side of the car so unless it pops about a 10 foot flame people walking will be safe......probabily running from the noise though, but not on fire
At the moment the departure2 is still at the back so it would take 10mins to swap between the 2 if/when I do my next track day. I'm going 2 take it off tomorrow 2c what it looks like. The departure2 comes in at 95db and the screamer is straight into the downpipe, I think the rsr might be a bit louder......
Thats wicked m8...I aspire to such filth...really trick
So the IC or whatever is relocated to the opposite side? If I rev 3 convert mine and get rid of the AFM I can do this can't I...without sticking anything in the boot...man, I really gotta get out to more shows to see how you guys do it.
lol FILTH!!
Its a chargecoooler mate, my induction kit runs below it and down into the other vent (Its pretty tight around that area but it does all fit in).
The chargecooler has always been at that side so i have always had a huge gap where the standard intercooler normally goes....not anymore

cause its illegal
cops would have a field day if someone got burnt by flames coming from the side of your car
Why's it illegal ?

I love it !
Constructive tip though ( maybe a bit late )... Heat wrap the damn thing... your dipsticks "grabber" is going to bite the bullit first... mine melted and fell off somewhere ( trackday ) when I didnt' have the downpipe wrapped !!

after a bit of research it appears i'm wrong
to be fair though it could pose a danger, if flames are popping out then they could damage cars/people etc...

Cheers mate. I'm going 2 heat wrap it tomorrow, I'm only doing short trips at the moment so it should not melt anything ......... I hope
Just been out with bung in and it makes a huge difference to the noise......but is it bad to restrict the pipe that much as it's not very long or I'm I worrying about nothing???

Cheers for the advice mate, the bung will only be in for long trips up the motorway so I'm sure it will be ok for just crusing and short trips to work and back then I'll pull it out for hardcore driving that should be ok won't it??

Also the water hose from the thermostat. Even if you don't melt the hose, you're going to be transfering a hell of a lot of heat into the water from the exhaust!
Bonkers though, I think it's great
