[Mk2] [Turbo] Dead rev counter

Post by cantfindausername »

Ok, got an issue with the car at the moment. Its a dead rev counter. There is a signal at the back of the clock but the gauge does nothing.

Signal from the ignitor is good.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Ant

rev counter its self.

Have you got another set of clocks you can try?

I have issues with mine as I don't have a lot of wires to the clocks now.

Yeah tried another set of clocks. I've looked at the BGB this morning and both sets of clocks and it is amazing the amount of differences! Quite shocking that its an official Toyota document!
