[Mk2] [Generic] Steering rack ends, help needed from someone with parts off the car

I've got hold of some new inner steering rack ends from another manufacturer and i'm hoping to make them fit onto my power steering rack (Mk2 turbo) to replace the tired ones on there.

I need a favour from someone with either a steering rack or the inner and outter rod ends on the bench. I need to know the thread size on both ends (Where is screws into the rack, and where is screws into the outer rod ends) and also the total length..
