[Mk2] [Turbo] Alarm Fitting Recommendation?

Post by eltonbird »

I've just purchased my first Turbo, and I need to upgrade it's current Cat 2 rated "Selca IM3.22" immobiliser to a Thatcham Cat 1 system.

Would anyone be kind enough to recommend a good, not too pricey alarm and reliable company / fitting service?

Thanks for any advice! :O)

There's a guy called Ian on here who's a mobile alarm installer. I don't know what his prices are like for installs but he has been very helpful whenever I have contacted him. His username is MR_TOAD_INSTALLER on here.

i have a cobra car 1 alarm for sale, i would be happy to talk you through fitting it yourself with pics to help, it's not hard, you will then have to take it to a specialist who will check that it works and charge you £10 for the certificate, pm me if your interested
