One of the first people to do the LED conversions was Halfspec in the USA.
He was kind enough to post very good
"How To's" but also sold the red and blue (only colours available) pre-cut acrylics to change the colour of the clocks.

He doesn't or at least hasn't sold these abroad and won't do them singly, but is willing to do a GB for a minimum of 10.
Price will be
£5 each delivered to your door, although price could rise to £100 each as the £ continues to dive so get in there early before the meltdown as I have to pay in $.
