Oil Filter part number 90915-YZZJ2

Post by brin »

Hi all,

I believe there are a number of toyota oil filters to fit the MK1B, can anyone tell me if the above part will fit a 1987 model ?

The one on at the moment is 90915-YZZJ1

Cheers

there are generally two types (these fit nearly all toyota models from our era) one small one large. the mk1b normally has the larger. it really makes no difference i use whatever i can get from my local motor factor. dont pay more than a few quid for one.

Champion C138 from Halfrauds is about £6.99 (much less with a trade card). IIRC they're abour £5.99 from Motorworld.

Either will do fine. The 4AGE & 3SGE share the same filters.

They are not expensive from Toyota either. Under a tenner.
