had a go at doin these when i had my renault 21 turbo, trying them again for the mr2! what you think guys?



also thought id have some fun! i realised i could put any back round on them as long as i trim them tidy n make it more opaque! what u think of something along these lines guys? lol!

next time im goin to try some diffusion paper from metal monkey. n some good 360 degree white leds
although thinkin about it im wondering if some good quality tracing paper wud diffuse the light enough!?

However, nothing short of Electroluminescent Sheet will sort out the Backlight...

Remember Toyota only ever intended to illuminate the digits and scale - not the whole face.

Not to my taste personally, I prefer the stock dials over any of the aftermarket/DIY stuff.
