Best way to get an MR2 inspected (little rust too)

Post by jonb- »

Hey,

Sorry for yet another post but i'd like to get an mr2 checked over this weekend north herts (stevenage / luton area) and i was wondering if anyone could recommend aa/rac/garage/mobile mechanic. I know the headgasket has gone but i want to know how far the rest of the car has gone as i'm willing to repair the engine as it's otherwise a good motor (only 70k).

Also, there's a spot of rust under the passanger door sill, this normal? The rest of the car looks perfect, 2 lady owners, serviced every year etc.

thanks (again)

jon

(if anyone is local to me that understands the engines and wants to work for cash please chirp up :))

For the money it is worth it, however, most ppl that have them done will be put off buying the car, the inspections are that thorough!

Either RAC or AA do them, if ur with either for ur recovery service, u do get a discount....
