*** WHATS THE BEST COLOUR MR2 ***

ok guys n girls i remember a thread i was on once about people saying what they thought was the best colour for mr2,s so i thought it would be great to hear peoples opinions and the reasons why not add some pics as well,
i will start it off with my car and i like the colour of mine because it dark and its like a petrol blue in the day and looks black at night,

I think yours is Aquamarine Pearl. I met a tubby owner with what looks like the same paint, last weekend.

I'm with robbo, purely as mine's that colour.

Believe it's simply called dark metallic green, though there is serveral names listed under the 742 paint code.

That said though I am partial to black on MR2s.

Black and silver are cool, yellow suits the car but I wouldn't have one, blues are a no and Goodwood Green is a big no.

Black cars look the best and somehow don't look so dated.

Black hides the lines of a car, so it will always tone down any possibly dated styling. It's not a great color to show off the shape, though

I wouldn't mind black though, it would be cheaper to respray than metallic

Had a zircon blue, that was good, but whites better hence this time round white.

caribean blue, is nice and rarer,

black is good, but looks dirty fast.

red is good also , but difficult to stop it going pink.

don't like aqua marine or white.

yellow ............you just have to be brave.

grey and other blues, i just have no opinion on........bland.

Me I think while not technically colours, white and black are the best. Only problem with white is dirt

It's got to be black. I've had 2 black ones now. White or red would come a close second. Blue or aquamarine are alright but dark green and yellow just don't do it for me.

its black for me aswell mind you i do like the colour of mine its kind of funky and looks different in different lights
