headlamp bulb change Help!!

any body know the best way to change the headlamp bulb! sounnds totaly stupid i know but this is my first pop-up car,i took off the black headlamp cover,then got stuck..................xenon bulbs waiting to go in!

Ignore the top part about alignment etc, it's the stuff at the bottom.

yes, cheers johnny have now upgraded the bulbs most helpful ,maybe this should be posted in the Knowledge base.

i got my bulbs from ebay cost 13 quid for some 8500k lights very nice even brighter than chris ammons hids
