hi and soz for more questions lol but hay am new to these cars and pretty much modifying engines in general

i am doin a service of my car before i start gettin a rebuild underway, gonna get new cam belt kit etc and just wondered if the hks cam gears are worth while along with strengthened cam belt, further more are the cam gears a requirement for when i fit 264 hks cams which i will be doing soon

if your fitting aftermarket ones i would agree that yes you will need vernier cam pulleys to dial in the cams for your engine spec.

Fit the adjustable cam gears when you install the new cams - otherwise your wasting your time. Adjustable cam gears alone will do nothing for performance.

Forget about "uprated" cam belts as well - a regular one will be just fine.
